How We Work Together

Every bespoke website design service is scoped individually, but the process follows a natural sequence from foundation to launch. Experienced working with founders, creatives, boards, and small teams where several voices shape the final result.

  1. Foundation A deep inquiry into your brand: meditations, questionnaires, photography direction, and website copy– all surfacing the clarity that every design decision builds from. For clients with an existing site, this phase also includes a full website audit and site architecture review.

  2. Design Every page conceived and built with intention: layout, hierarchy, imagery, and messaging as one coherent whole.

  3. Build & Integration The full website is built and all systems integrated. Email marketing, booking platforms, payment, membership access. Everything tested and ready to go.

  4. Launch & Handover Your website goes live. Full handover with guidance and tutorials so the business can maintain and update the site with confidence.

  5. Ongoing support Optional continued collaboration as your designer/consultant behind the scenes.

Timelines are agreed at the scoping stage.
Most projects run between 7 and 12 weeks, depending on scope and complexity.

Hello, I’m Nora Rose Zinerman – experienced bespoke website designer in the UK and beyond.

A formally trained Graphic Designer and Creative Director with over 30 years of experience across print, packaging, point of sale, brand identity, and website design.

Originally from Argentina, my career began in corporate design studios before I built my own independent practice. It was a natural convergence: bringing together my commercial expertise with a deeply intuitive, holistic way of working. Many of my clients have made a similar journey.

  • This is a tailored project, designed and structured around your business and your goals. It grows from the brand foundation, photography, and wording work we do together, which shape the design, architecture, and strategy behind it. The scope is tailored to you, and although we follow a structured method, each bespoke project is unique.

  • We use Squarespace and Wordpress. We choose together what platform suits your business best. We will take into account required functionality (e-commerce, courses, bookings, email marketing, funnels, etc) and how you will manage your site post launch.

  • Prices start at £3.500.00 and go up to £12.000.00. You will receive a detailed proposal after I understand the scope of your project. All my websites are designed for growth. This means you can phase your project through time. Or come at a later date and add services, courses or email marketing.

  • The base price £3,500.00 includes the following pages - home page, about, 2 services, contact and blog. You will also receive a template services page which you can customise to add more services. Tutorials will be provided to walk you through this.

    • You will require a Squarespace subscription or a Wordpress hosting package in order to publish your website.

    • If you don’t already have a domain (website address) you will also require this.

    • A Brand Test to support our work- which costs $89 USD

    • Professional Photography

    • Professional Copywriting services if required

  • Yes! We include a small tutorial library that you'll have ongoing access to. This will walk you through the platform, updating text/images and adding new pages to your website.  I want you to take ownership of the site and have confidence to grow with your business.

    • All websites require a terms of website use, cookie and privacy policy. And they vary according to your location and clients locations.

    • If you have an online shop, terms and conditions and shipping policies are also advisable.

    • If you offer Sessions via a booking system; like Acuity:Scheduling- you will also benefit from specific Terms & Conditions for those.

    • These are legal documents, hence outside the scope. We may provide suggested links to a number of resources online to obtain the template documents.

  • Basic SEO (search engine optimisation) is done for you. It includes page structure, page names, page descriptions, image optimisation and naming. Learn more about SEO best practices here.

  • Yes of course. There’s a suite of extras you can choose from.
    I have seen many businesses evolve through the website process so adding items at a later stage is no problem.
