A month before we begin, you get access to my two signature courses and the Website Wording Planner. You work through these at your own pace, arriving at week one with your brand thinking clear, your content written, and professional photographs ready. The design process depends on all three.
Embodying Your Brand Essence Course is the foundation work: guides you through the clarity to bring the core of your brand into sharp focus. Plan and Create Your Brand Photoshoot course prepares you to arrive with professional images that communicate fully your work. The Website Wording Planner takes you through your copy page by page: simple prompts that clarify your message and help you find the words that fit your work and your audience.
Week one is your strategy call. We review your materials, align on direction, and I begin designing.
Week two: design and build continues. You have visibility of progress and access to me via Slack throughout.
Week three opens with a handover call on Monday. From there, you learn the site, ask questions, and go live with confidence.
Two weeks of email support follow completion.
Throughout all three weeks, you have access to me via Slack.

I use (and love) Squarespace. It's a user-friendly all-in-one website platform that will allow you to update and maintain your website following handover.

You will require a Squarespace subscription in order to publish your website. We recommend the Personal or Business Plan for most websites and pricing details can be found here. If you opt for an annual plan, we can offer you our Squarespace Circle 20% discount.
If you don’t already have a domain (website address) you will also require this. If you are opting for an annual Squarespace subscription your domain cost will be free for one year, after which it is approximately £16 per year.
A Brand Test to support our work- which costs $89 USD

You will receive the following pages included within your website - homepage, about, 2 services, contact. You will be able to duplicate pages to create more services if needed. Tutorials will be provided to walk you through this.

We will. Once you have provided all of your content at the end of your month of prep, we will work to add your website copy and images throughout one of my semi-custom templates.

Yes! The Semi-custom Website includes a tutorial library that you'll have ongoing access to. This will walk you through the platform, updating text/images and adding new pages to your website. I’d like you to take ownership of the site and have confidence to grow with your business.

All websites require a cookie banner, terms and conditions and privacy policy. If you have an online shop, terms and conditions and shipping policies are also advisable. These are legal documents, so we only provide suggested links to a number of resources online to obtain the template documents.

Basic SEO (search engine optimisation) is done for you via the AI Squarespace interface. It includes page structure, page names, page descriptions, image optimisation and naming. Learn more about SEO best practices here.

I strongly encourage you to book this package if you know you will be able to complete all of the Homework. I will not be able to go ahead with your project if I don’t have the content available to us at the start of Week 1. A fee of £400 is applicable if you wish to reschedule.

Yes! There’s 2 weeks asynchronous Slack support for this package. Following this you can join the Squarespace implementation Sessions that I sometimes offer, book a Business Alignment Session for one to one support, or you can become an ‘on-going client’ to work with me on small tailored packages or via an hourly rate.
