Website & Brand Design for Businesses Building their Next Chapter

About Nora Rose Zinerman

Strategic, Refined
Built for Long Term Growth

Based in Surrey, England. Working globally.

Most of my clients are at a crossroads. They know what they are building. They just need the online presence to match it.

  • Some are making a significant transition: leaving a corporate career, stepping into independent practice, or moving into more conscious or creative territory. They have the depth, the credentials, and the vision. What they don't yet have is a website that reflects the breadth of their work.

  • Others have been building for years and the website simply hasn't kept pace. New pages added, old ones never removed. Offers that evolved but pages that didn't. What they actually do no longer comes through clearly. I create a new website to communicate the new Vision. The North Star of where you are going.

My work always begins in the same place: a deep, guided process that surfaces the clarity every design decision builds from.
Clients often describe what happens in that process as a perceptual shift; before a single page is designed.

How I got here

Buenos Aires: Where It Began

I grew up in Buenos Aires and initially trained in architecture, then in graphic design, as part of the first graduating cohort in Graphic Design from the Universidad de Buenos Aires. From the beginning, I was drawn to work that had energy and cultural weight.

My early years in Buenos Aires were formative in ways I didn't fully understand until much later. I co-founded La Reforma, a design studio where we built brand identities, packaging and advertising campaigns for names like Baci, Perugina, Buitoni and Fiorucci. At the same time, I was designing for the cultural movement that emerged with the return of democracy: underground events and cultural centres. A city coming back to life. I designed posters and record covers for iconic Argentine rock musicians, worked on the magazine Twist y Gritos alongside its progressive director Tom Lupo, and was part of the inauguration of the Centro Cultural Recoleta. It was an extraordinary moment to be a designer in that city.

London: A Return to What Matters

From Buenos Aires I moved to Barcelona, then to London, where I completed a Masters in Public Art and Design at Chelsea College of Arts and Design. One of my projects was selected and commissioned by Westminster and Chelsea Hospital as a permanent installation for their Arts for Health programme. However, somewhere in that process I recognised something important: what I loved most was receiving a brief. Working in service of someone else's vision, with all the creative and strategic challenge that brings. Public art asked me to express my own ideas. Design asked me to deeply understand someone else's; and communicate them with precision and clarity. That distinction has shaped everything since.

That led to fourteen years with Procter & Gamble: designing across Pantene, Max Factor, Hugo Boss, Lacoste, Dolce & Gabbana, Pampers and more. Packaging, point of sale, brand guidelines implemented across Europe. Work held to an exacting commercial standard. That foundation, the discipline of designing at scale, for global brands, with absolute consistency never left me.

The Convergence

When I built my own studio, something else came forward alongside it. A more intuitive way of working. A capacity to sit with a client, ask the right questions, and surface what they hadn't yet found words for. Over time I understood that these two things weren't in tension. The commercial expertise and the depth of perception working together. That is what produces design that is both visually intelligent and genuinely aligned.

Many of my clients have made a similar journey. Decades of professional excellence, now channelled into something that is deeply their own. They know what they are doing. They just need someone who can see it clearly and translate it into a presence that others immediately recognise and trust.

Embodying Your Brand Essence

That is what my process is built for: a guided inquiry that surfaces the clarity every design decision builds from. My clients describe it as a perceptual shift. And that clarity shows in everything that follows.

Qualifications

  • Architecture Foundation, Universidad de Buenos Aires, Argentina. Three years of study that shaped how I think about space, flow, and the way people move through an environment. It informs every website I build.

  • Graphic Design Degree, Universidad de Buenos Aires, Argentina. My first love. What I always knew I wanted to do.

  • Masters in Public Art and Design, Chelsea College of Arts and Design, London. Where I learnt to speak English, use an Apple Mac, and discovered I prefer a brief to self-expression.

  • Fourteen years as in-house Graphic Designer, Procter & Gamble, UK. The best possible place to understand global brands, commercial flair, and marketing from the inside out.

  • Thirty years of independent practice across brand identity, print, packaging, and website design, working with founders, leaders, and organisations globally.

Life experience

Qualifications only tell part of the story.

I have lived as a foreigner for most of my adult life, far from the country where I was born and where my family still is. I have raised children, navigated loss, built and rebuilt. That life, alongside a thirty-year personal practice of self-development, meditation, and deep inquiry, has given me something that no qualification names: the capacity to listen at a level most people rarely experience.

Many of my clients arrive knowing what they want to build, but not quite how to say it. Some have never voiced their vision out loud. In our work together, something different happens. I am part designer, part strategist, and always a collaborator. The work is genuinely two-directional: I bring the visual intelligence and design instinct; the client brings the vision. What emerges from that dialogue is usually simple- yet magnificent.

That is where the perceptual shift begins. And it is why the design that follows lands the way it does.

A life beyond the screen

I play walking football, swim in rivers, walk in hills, and have a particular passion for organising and decluttering spaces. That last one is perhaps less surprising than it sounds: clarity, structure, and the discipline to distil down to what actually matters. It turns out I do it everywhere.

If any of this has resonated, I would love to hear about what you are building.

Not a sales call. A genuine conversation about your vision, where you are now, and whether what I do is the right fit for where you are headed. I call it a Clarity Call: a focused, unhurried conversation that leaves you with a clearer sense of direction, whether we work together or not.

If you are ready to have a website that finally reflects the depth and quality of what you do, let's talk.

Client Testimonials

  • "You see the future embodiment of your clients work"

“I feel the new website really relays my work, energy and frequency. It creates a magical portal into my world, and a natural screening for my perfect clients and collaborators. I knew you were the right person for this project. I enjoyed the flexibility, warmth, openness and honest directness.
You provide a well held space and container for creating websites and so much more. By combining your expertise with intuition, you find a way of bringing clarity to the way your client wishes to express themselves.
It is this level of integrity that I trust and so deeply appreciate that I would highly recommend working with you."

    — Tania Aurora White Crow, The School of Earth. Ross-shire, Scotland, UK

  • Nancy Maguire

"When I began working with you I still had my corporate head on, so you helped me shift, to focus on my own energy."

"I did not know what to expect from the discovery process or how you'd pull all ideas together from our calls, exercises and communications. But you were able to knit it all together and had that real knack for understanding what my Soul wanted, even if I had not been able to articulate it.

You have this amazing ability to find Clarity. You cut through all the stuff we worked through and found the Essence. You have the skill to open it all out and find the heart of it; and then make the website!
My website far exceeds my expectations and it's beautiful. It's been a real joyous experience where I was safe to explore and co-create with you."

    — Nancy Maguire, Anamchara Wellbeing. London, UK

  • "You have a great capacity to find and translate the essence of what we do into imagery and overall design.”

“And you are a joy to work with! I appreciated your clarity, your responsiveness and ability to capture the energetics that are so essential to helping people understand the essence of our work. I am very happy with the new look of the website. Now, we are able to show people what and who we are about as soon as they land on our website. The new design has been a solid support for our launch, with a very short turn-over period. Great feedback from clients, communities and thought leaders who are now very comfortable to share our work with their communities."

    — Annemiek van Helsdingen, Academy for Soul-based Coaching. The Netherlands
